Surgical Technique To Harvest Right Internal Thoracic Artery Using Harmonic Scalpel Via Left Small Thoracotomy Under Direct Vision

METHODS:BITA are harvested using a 32 cm dissecting hook type harmonic scalpel via metallic port from same intercostal space of incision under direct vision via left small thoracotomy. During harvesting RITA, the right lung is pressed down using an octopus NUVO stabilizer to obtain better surgical field beneath the sternum.
