Background: This video shows multiple cases where there where vascular injuries during a VATS procedure and they were repaired in a minimally invasive fashion Methods: Four cases were identified that employed different minimally techniques on how to repair vascular injuries that occurred during a VATS procedure. Results: A five minute video showing multiple minimally invasive techniques on how to repair a intrathoracic vascular injuryConclusions: This video provides a multiple cases were a intrathoracic vascular injury was was repaired in a minimally invasive technique. This can provide a catalyst to discuss the utility of minimally invasive repair and where it employ these techniques.
