OBJECTIVE: Tetrology of fallot is corrected through conservatively through median sternotomy universally,
METHODS: We have series of patients undergoing total correction for the same through minimally invasive incisions.
RESULTS: Significant improvement in overall performance of patients in post operative period
Conclusions: In trained hands minimally invasive intra cardiac repair for tetrolgy is feasible and reproducible by junior surgeons
