Tri-port Chest Thoracoscopic Cardiac Surgery For Cardiac Myxoma Resection On Perfused Beating Hearts

OBJECTIVE: To review novel of Tri-port chest thoracoscopic cardiac surgery for cardiac myxoma resection on perfused beating hearts.
METHODS: A total of 61 cases of left atrial myxoma resection were performed tir-port chest thoracoscopic cardiac surgery,peripheral CPB.On the beating heart, cut the left atrium in the atrial groov , then the left atrial myxoma resection under heart beating.
RESULTS: All patients were successfully operated without death. Followed up for 3-8 months and recovered well.
CONCLUSIONS: Tri-port chest thoracoscopic cardiac surgery for cardiac myxoma resection on perfused beating hearts is safe, simple.
