Left atrial myxoma excision through right anterior minithoracotomy

In our center we use to treat right and left atrial tumors through a minimally invasive approach in small right anterior thoracotomy.
In literature it’s hard to find details about techniques and pitfalls in the treatment of cardiac tumors through this kind of approach.
The aim of this video is to show our standardized minimally invasive technique during the excision of a left atrial myxoma.
