The Group Rate for ISMICS attendees is 299 USD for a single and 319 USD for a double. The Group Rate is exclusive of hotel taxes and fees. Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days post-meeting.


Room Cancellation Policy:
Credit card information is required when making a reservation in order to hold the room. Credit card guarantees will be refundable if the reservation is canceled up to 5 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs between 5 days and 72 hours of arrival, an amount equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to the guaranteed credit card. Please note at check-in if a guest confirms their dates of stay and then later decided to depart earlier than scheduled, there will be a one night departure fee.
