Single Stage Aortic Arch Repair Type Ii

Backgrounds: Management for aortic arch aneurysms remain a challenge. opened repair associate with high mortality and morbidity. Hybrid approach had emerged as a safe and efficacy method.
Methods: From 2017 - 2018, four patients with aortic arch aneurysm underwent single stage total debranching and stent graft placement for thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR). They had median sternotomy approach for ascending aortic replacement and total debranching. Retrograde TEVAR stent grafting was performed immediately debranching.
Results: Two patients recovery quickly, he discharged after operation 7 days. Two patients had acute renal failure and need hemodialysis for a week. Follow up to 48 months one patient need hemodialysis, Three patients are still well, no endoleak or other complications.
Conclusions: single stage hybrid aortic arch repair type II can be safely adopted with midterm results.
